Welcome Summer with Bright Colors
After a brutal winter and soggy spring, sunshine has finally arrived in Buffalo. You’ve probably noticed a pent-up desire to bring a little sunshine into the business world in your colleagues’ brightly colored shirts, dresses and ties. And it’s no wonder. Vibrant colors --- bright pinks, corals and vivid yellows -- have ruled the runway this spring.
Even if you would never wear bright pink to work, you can strategically use color to brighten up the office this summer through your paper and ink color choices. Instead of printing out your flyers and brochures in the same old black on white or cream paper, why not choose citrusy yellow or turquoise shades? It reminds you of the seashore while you’re toiling underneath florescent lights.
According to Pantone LLC, the provider of professional color for the design industries, hot hues are also showing up everywhere from housewares to industrial textiles. And Pantone has dubbed “honeysuckle” (a brilliant bold pink) as the “it” color for 2011. At Insty-Prints, we offer hundreds of paper color choices in different weights and finishes. And we can help you match colors off our Pantone chart for a specific design you may want.
Bold colors – when used in the right circumstances – will draw attention to your business. An invitation to a special sale or event printed with a summery design in sunset orange or turquoise is less likely to end up unread and discarded. Company picnic? Advertise it in jade on a shimmery blue background.
Cheerful paper colors, along with a company picnic or vacation, will elevate the mood of your employees and clients – and remind them what summer feels like. Stop by Insty-Prints and let us help you choose colors that are right for you and your business.
